AMA works with central and local government as well as other public agencies. Initiatives such as ‘High Performing Property’ have sought to rationalise the Government’s office estate, deliver savings and provide accommodation with greater flexibility and adaptability. AMA has worked directly with the OGC (now part of the Efficiency and Reform Group within the Cabinet Office) and with the Department of Health to improve their space efficiency and effectiveness.
We advised the Scottish Parliament on growth opportunities and the implications of its move to a digital model. AMA developed the original workspace concepts at the Greater London Authority’s iconic City Hall, working alongside architects Foster and Partners and the Government Office for London team.
