A new building or refurbishment project can be a catalyst for organisational change and development. Agile working, well implemented, can dramatically increase an organisation’s productivity as well as employee satisfaction.

It is important that the transition to a new mix of spaces and resources (eg fewer desks but more teamworking space) is planned, communicated and managed.
