Change management

A new building or refurbishment project can be a catalyst for organisational change and development. Agile working, well implemented, can dramatically increase an organisation’s productivity as well as employee satisfaction.

It is important that the transition to a new mix of spaces and resources (eg fewer desks but more teamworking space) is planned, communicated and managed. AMA helps organisations introduce such changes, explaining how the new spaces should be used and advising on the support needed by managers and staff.

We have particular experience of change in educational settings where we have helped academic staff and students to embrace innovation in learning and teaching. Integration with new learning technologies is key in this environment.
