The world’s largest grant-giving charity, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, appointed AMA to provide workplace consultancy services for their new headquarters campus. Together the team developed an exemplar campus that has been accredited LEED Platinum for New Construction, making it the largest non-profit building in the world to be given this status for its environmental strategies, performance and contribution to sustainable design.
